Before viewing a sample report, it is important to understand how our research is presented.  Ad Facts' Competitive Advertising and Publicity Tracking program is broken down into two parts:  the APEX ReportTM and the Clippings Binder.

What Do I Receive?

The APEX ReportTM is comprised of  the following components:
The Qualitative Analysis discusses the campaign, strategy and supporting data of each of the monitored competitors' ad campaigns and analysis of the advertisements and summaries of the publicity pieces.

The Executive Summary highlights the findings discussed in the Qualitative Analysis.

The Quantitative Analysis includes charts and graphs illustrating the advertising spending by company by publication and editorial pick-up by company by publication, the number of insertions and the media schedules of each competitor (shows the timing and placement of each company's ad campaigns).

The Clippings Binder is an organized "reference manual" which houses original advertisements and publicity pieces organized by competitor, market segment or product. Each advertisement and publicity piece is accompanied by a summary describing when and where each piece appeared, the size, page number and the insertion cost for each ad and the measurement of the publicity in column inches.

We offer a complete competitive print communications measurement system that is geared to the special needs of industrial, technical and professional product marketers. It is a competitive intelligence system that is both accurate and economical, and one that makes sense for today's downsized companies.

The following are sample pages from an APEX ReportTM that illustrate exactly what our reports look like and how the information is presented.  Of course, accompanying each report is our sturdy Clippings Binder that displays all ads in full-color and all full-text publicity.
